Orders
All orders are reviewed for completeness upon receipt.  It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information (i.e. quantity, sizing, spelling, color choice) when placing the order.  We do not accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information.

All orders must be prepaid in full.  No order will be processed and no customized work will be started untill full payment is secured. Visa, Mastercard or a school purchase order (with principal's authorization) are preferred forms of payment. School or company checks will be accepted, however, the check must clear the issuing bank prior to filling the order or starting custom work.

A minimum order of 12 is required on all custom camp gear packages or any custom order that requires printing.

No custom order can be cancelled or changed once it has been entered into production.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect and must be accompanied by a return authorization within 14 days of receipt.  Returns without an authorization number will be returned at the customers expense.  Items customized to customers specifications (color, size, tackle twill, embroidery, or printing of any kind) cannot be returned or exchanged.  Health Code prohibits the return of breifs, bodysuits, sportsbras and socks or items that have been worn or dirty.  Altered garments are not returnable.  Shoes may be exchanged unworn and for sizing purposes only in their original, unmarked box, clean and unlaced.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  If returned stock items are not in restockable condition they will be returned to the customer at their expense.  There is a 15% resocking fee on acceptable items.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.  Please allow up to 10 business days to receive in-stock items.  Crystal apparel items are made to order and can add a few extra days to the delivery time.  Call for delivery times on customer orders.  CheerDiva.com assumes no liability for deliver delays for any reason of which we have no control including our inability to obtain supplies or labor or delays with carriers.
